Massimo Barbolini
The Turkish Volleyball Federation will probably announce the name of the new coach for the Turkish national team in the next few days.
Massimo Barbolini, former coach of Italy, is the leading contender.
Barbolini requires commitment over the next four years, until 2016.
If the requirements are met, he will assume the role.
Barbolini currently commands Galatasaray, third-placed in the Turkish League. He coached Italy for 6 years, winning two European titles (2007/2009) and two World Cup victories (2007/2011).
Marco Aurelio Motta did not renew the contract.
