Karch Kiraly crossed out seven players from the wide list of players that were preparing in training camp in Anaheim. Among those are Lauren Gibbemeyer, Molly Kreklow and which is a surprise, Kelly Murphy.
The NORCECA Women’s Olympic Qualification Tournament will be played on January 7-9 at the „Pinnacle Bank Arena“ in Lincoln, Nebraska, USA with the participation of the home team, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and Canada.
Kiraly’s list of 14 players:
Middle Blockers: Rachael Adams, Foluke Akinradewo, Christa Dietzen and Tori Dixon
Outside Hitters/receivers: Megan Easy, Kim Hill, Jordan Larson and Kelsey Robinson
Opposites: Nicole Fawcett and Karsta Lowe
Setters: Alisha Glass and Courtney Thompson
Liberos: Kayla Banwarth and Natalie Hagglund
