The reigning Japanese men’s volleyball champions JTEKT Stings kept one of the two foreigners from the last season.

The V.League titleholders Stings were unable to keep Bulgarian star Matey Kaziyski (went to Italy’s Calzedonia Verona) but managed to renew with the other foreigner from the roster that brought them the historical national title.

The 23-year-old China National Team outside hitter Rao Shuhan will stay in the Kariya team for one more season.

CHN M: Chinese federation gives in to pressure, male foreigners will play Super League

Great news on the Men's Super League. The Women's you referred to in the news is actually not the same with the Super League though. It is a separate tournament roughly called National Championships where the provincial teams compete for the top honour. Women's Super League won't start until much later. If foreign players are allowed in Men's tournament, then it only.makes sense the same would apply to the women's. Let's keep our fingers and toes crossed! Reply
