I think Kazan is a good team, and I think Kazan wants to win the Russian league and CEV championship league again. After the departure of Gamova, Larson and Del core, this Russian team has been as great as it should have been. I really do think they have the resource to hire Zhu. The question will more likely to be can Kazan provide the same level of training and would Zhu like to stay their.
I do think Startseva is a great setter.

Zhu Ting has brought benefits or contributed big in financial benefits to the club itself, Turkish league and Turkey. For the club, the affirmation and prestige as a top Volleyball club in Turkey and Europe, to the Turkish league, additional revenues such broadcast rights to China, additional advertisements, sponsors and ticket sales. To Turkey itself, the tourism sector additional visitors / tourists from China. 2 million Euro pay for Zhu Ting is so cheap considering the revenues she potentially would help to generate.
