Asseco Resovia Rzeszów has announced the signing of Jonas Kvalen for the 2023/2024 season. The 31-year-old Norwegian outside hitter is the new addition to the team from Rzeszów.
During his career Kvalen having twice won both the Swiss Championship and the Swiss Super Cup in 2018 and 2019. Additionally, he holds silver medals from the Norwegian Championship (2012, 2014) and a bronze from the Belgian Championship (2016).
Piotr Maciąg, president of Asseco Resovia, expressed his excitement about the new signing, saying, “I am pleased to announce the signing of Jonas Kvalen. Jonas stood out in the past season as a player for Barkom-Każany Lviv. I believe that his skills and experience will benefit our team in the upcoming season.”
