Slovenian outside hitter Lorena Lorber Fijok is moving from Greece to Germany. After a successful stint with AO Thiras, she will now play for the German powerhouse Dresdner SC.
Dresdner SC continues to strengthen its roster by signing the talented outside hitter Lorena Lorber Fijok. Known for her exceptional athleticism and energy, Lorber Fijok is expected to be a significant addition to the team.
“Lorena is an extremely athletic outside hitter with impressive jumping ability. She brings a lot of mentality and willpower to the team. Despite not being the tallest player, her outstanding attack technique makes her a dangerous attacker. We believe she will be a very important player for our team,” said DSC head coach Alexander Waibl.
The 21-year-old was member of Slovenia’s Nova KBM Banik and played last season in the Greek league with AO Thiras.
