After nearly six years with PGE Projekt Warszawa, Piotr Graban has officially ended his tenure as head coach. Graban, who joined the club in 2019 as an assistant to Andrea Anastasi, played a pivotal role in the team’s growth and achievements — including a PlusLiga bronze medal in the 2020/2021 season.
Graban took over as head coach in November 2022 and led the team to two more PlusLiga bronzes and a Challenge Cup victory in Europe. Despite his success, the club’s management decided it’s time for a change.
“This was a tough but well-analyzed decision. We believe the team needs a new spark for future goals,” said Piotr Gacek, the club’s vice president and sports director. “We are deeply grateful for Piotr’s professionalism and everything he’s done for us.”
