Iranian outside hitter Poriya Hossein Khanzadeh has officially signed with Qatar’s Al Arabi SC, following his sudden departure from Italian powerhouse Cucine Lube Volley Civitanova.

After days of international speculation, the move was confirmed by Al Arabi SC, marking a new chapter in the young outside hitter’s career. Al Arabi, who have endured an inconsistent start to the season, view Khanzadeh’s arrival as a key step in their push back toward domestic dominance and a renewed title challenge in the Qatari Super League.
Khanzadeh is regarded as one of the prospects in Iranian volleyball and a regular member of the national team.
