Il Bisonte Firenze confirmed signing of Polish outside hitter Paulina Damaske ahead of the new season.
Damaske joins from Budowlani Łódź after helping the club complete a domestic league and cup double in Poland. The move will be the 24-year-old’s first experience abroad at club level.
One of the emerging names in Polish volleyball, Damaske has already gained significant experience on the international stage. She featured prominently in the Champions League with Budowlani Łódź and established herself as a regular in the Polish national team.
“I’m really happy to join Il Bisonte and compete in Italy,” Damaske said. “It’s a big opportunity for me because the Italian league is one of the strongest in the world. I’m excited to improve and help the team as much as possible.”
