Azerbaijani Ordu has completed two important signings, bringing in experienced internationals Ivan Zaytsev and Salvador Hidalgo Oliva ahead of the new season.
The club announced that former Italy star Zaytsev signed a deal for the 2026/27 season. The veteran opposite boasts an impressive résumé, including an Olympic silver medal from the Rio 2016 Games, silver and bronze medals at the European Championships, and podium finishes in the World League and the CEV Champions League. He is also a multiple-time Italian league champion and domestic cup winner.
Ordu has also secured the services of Salvador Hidalgo Oliva Da Silva, adding another proven international player as the club continues to strengthen squad for the season ahead.
