The Brazilian women’s volleyball side Itambé/Minas extended deals with several players.

The management of Minas has already arranged new deals with several players who stood out last season. The setter Macris Carneiro and the libero Léia Nicolosi have renewed contracts with the Belo Horizonte powerhouse. Minas negotiate on the same with the middle blocker Caroline Gattaz “Carol Gattaz” and the opposite hitter Sheilla Castro. It’s known from earlier that the middle blocker Thaísa Daher will wear the club jersey for one more season.

As for potential reinforcements, two players are close to agreeing to terms with Minas: the outside hitter Priscila Daroit “Pri Daroit” (Dentil/Praia Clube) and, also known from earlier, the Polish opposite hitter Malwina Smarzek (Zanetti Bergamo, Italy).

Through social networks, Venezuelan outside hitter Roslandy Acosta announced that she won’t continue her adventure in Belo Horizonte.
