One of the best middle blockers in the world, Maxwell Holt, strengthened Italian men’s volleyball side Vero Volley Monza.

American middle blocker Holt is a new member of Monza, meaning that he’ll play his fifth consecutive season in Italy, the ninth overall.

One of the best players on his position in the world spent the last four seasons with Leo Shoes Modena, with whom he has won the Italian Super Cup twice.

With the US National Team, the 33-year-old player claimed the FIVB Volleyball Nations League (two-time Best Middle Blocker) and FIVB World Cup (one-time Best Middle Blocker) once apiece, as well as the NORCECA Championship two times.
