According to a rumor, Matt Anderson’s future may not be in China, but in Russia. A 33-year-old outside/opposite hitter is having problems entering the Asian country where he was to play for Shanghai in 2020/21.
Zenit Saint Petersburg are trying to find room to win over the MVP of the 2019 FIVB World League, trying to compensate for the injury of Cuban international Oreol Camejo.
Media in Russia and Italy reported that Anderson’s answer is expected in the coming days.
