Once the Complaint is received, the FIVB or Confederation will confirm that they received the Complaint and inform you if everything is OK with documents or there is something missing.

If all the documents are there, they will open a case file. 

For financial Disputes under FIVB or CEV competence, you’ll be requested to pay CHF 500/EUR 400 as a handling fee for the procedure.
