Bolívar vs. UPCN
In the ’classic’ of Argentina’s volleyball, UPCN smoothly defeated Bolívar as visitors 3-0, with partial 25-18, 25-18, 25-20. Now, UPCN are the new leaders of Argentinian top division with 11 points.
From a start of each set, thanks mostly to Bulgarian opposite Nikolay Uchikov (the best scorer of the match with 19 points), the title holders established dominance that they kept until the end.
Only in the third set, Bolívar tried to take control of the game and without many mistakes on offense came to 9-all. Then, UPCN’s captain Javier Filardi showed excellent blocking and defending abilities while the hosts returned to making errors, just like during the most of the game.
