After failing to win a medal at the Rio 2016 men’s volleyball tournament, the Polish Volleyball Federation needs to make a big decision. To keep Stephane Antiga at the position of head coach or to part ways with the French expert.

As far as Antiga is concerned, he wants to continue working with the Poland national team.

“I want to stay. I am happy with this role and I am enjoying in working with this team. The season is over and there are some decisions to be made. I haven’t spoken with the Federation yet. Yes, we failed to fulfill our goal in Rio, but I can say that am happy with the previous two years. This group of players is fantastic,” said Atniga for przegladsportowy.pl.

i think nothing wrong with antiga coaching thing, is that he dont have a really good setter like zagumny. and consistent opposite spiker. thats it. if they want to aim gold again in tokyo 2020 i think he need to start to form 12 young players that is new and he can make them a high quality team
