Veljko Bašić
The Turkish team previously made a verbal agreement with the Bosnian-born expert who will replace Daniel Castellani.
Bašić was very successful player in former Yugoslavia, winning 6 national titles and the same number of national Cups.
As a coach, his career lasts since 1993 and he has mostly spent it in France – in Rennes Volley 35, Paris Volley (won a title and Super Cup) and Tours Volley-Ball.
Afterwards Bašić was coaching in Turkey (Ziraat Bankası and national team) and Tunisia (national team) from where he arrived in Fenerbahçe.
His last job was in Tunisian team, Espérance Sportive de Tunis.
