Sports Director of Galatasaray Sukru Yengil welcomed Yudin to the club:

Baranek was good last year. Anyway, welcome to Galatasaray, Yudin. After Agamez, Tervaportti and Yudin, we have right to add one more foreign player. I hope that he will be a quick middle blocker, someone like Podrascanin.
