TWITTER INTERVIEW: Lisinac – “The best moment of my career was winning World League”

Serbian volleyball star Srećko Lisinac made many fans happy by deciding to do Twitter interview for our website. On the other hand, they made middle blocker laugh with some questions, but the most important thing is that all sides were satisfied with one-hour fun in #WoVChat. What was the hardest challenge that you have faced with while playing volleyball?

“The hardest challenge was Qualifications for the Olympic Games in Rio.”

What skill did you learn first in volleyball?

“Spike, I think.”

Why did you start playing volleyball?

“Volleyball and football were two sports I liked as a kid. I played football few years and when I grew too much, I decided to change it.”

Are you going to marry my aunt?

“(Laughs).”

Which were the best and the hardest moments in your career so far?

“The best moment was winning the World League this year and hardest was not playing at the Olympic Games in Rio.”

Skra: In the match against Resovia, do you intend to score more points than against Zaksa? (laughs) P.S: On Sunday, you scored 19 points.

“No pressure please (laughs)”

Do you have a girlfriend?

“No, I am single.”

In your opinion, which are the top 3 teams in the world at the moment (besides Serbia, of course)?

“Brazil, USA, Italy.”

How would you rate your Polish from 1-10?

“From 1-10, maybe 5.”

How much trouble the similarities between Polish and Serbian have caused you while learning Polish?

“Much of a problem, I’m mixing a lot of words now.”

What is your favorite place in the world?

“I like Rio de Janeiro a lot.”

Hi, brate (bro, in Serbian)! What’s your favorite Polish food?

“Żurek (Polish rye soup with sausage)”
