Italian national team outside hitter Alice Degradi has successfully undergone arthroscopic surgery after sustaining a knee injury during the VNL final between Italy and Brazil on July 27 in Lodz.
Medical assessments carried out earlier this week revealed damage to the medial meniscus in Degradi’s left knee. Following the diagnosis, she underwent a surgical procedure to clean the affected area. Based on the information provided, the operation was successful and no complications were reported.
Degradi is expected to begin her rehabilitation program immediately. While the timeline for her return to full competition remains open, early intervention is expected to support a smooth recovery process.
