During the medal ceremony at the Universiade in Kazan, Maksim Zhigalov (Russia) was named as the MVP of the tournament.

Russia have won gold medal, Poland took silver, while Japan defeated Ukraine in match for bronze medal.

The best Server: Denis Biryukov (Russia)

The best Blocker: Lucas Joshua (Canada)

The best Opposite: Maksim Zhigalov (Russia)

The best Defender: Jan Hacvalek (Czech Republic)

Top Receiver: Tachiro Koga (Japan)

Top Setter: Hitito Ugaco (Japan)

Top Scorer:  Grzegorz Bociek (Poland)

MVP: Maksim Zygałov (Russia)
