The 12-year-old from Kenya was featured in the Olympic Channel’s series ‘Heroes of the Future’, which highlights stars of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and beyond.

Nasuh currently attends Lugulu Girls’ High School seven hours from her family home in Nairobi. She won a music and volleyball scholarship to attend the school after she was spotted playing at the East African Championships in Tanzania aged 11.

Lugulu is well known as a volleyball powerhouse and has produced a number of players for Kenya’s national team.

Nasuh plays as both libero and setter and began playing volleyball at six years of age. With Kenya having qualified for the 2017 FIVB World Grand Prix and the FIVB U23 World Championship, she has every chance of fulfilling her ambitions.
