ARG: TOWARDS THE ARGENTINE CUPS: NAME THE MASCOT

Everything is ready in the resort city of Chapadmalal, that every year hosted at least one of the Argentine Cups with the new format where in the same venue the U 18, U 16 and U 14 Argentine Cups will be held at the same time as a FIVB-FeVA Mini-Volleyball all Festival will be held. Three weeks of very intensive volleyball playing to be enjoyed by all the region.

Cities as Mar del Plata, Miramar, Mar Chiquita, Balcarce are nearby. While all prepare themselves for this important and long volleyball party in the city, the name of the mascot is being decided and each one can put the name they wish for the new mascot for the best competitions for Argentine Clubs.

The mascot, a volleyball dog with the Argentine official jersey (created by the designers Daniel Arangio and Martín Artieda) will be part from this 2012 onwards of the tournament to be used as image of this grass-root categories competitions.

At the Argentine Volleyball Federation Facebook, whoever wants to name the mascot is invited.

With all the proposals the same young players of this competitions will chose the name they like best making the mascot their “idol” with the participation of all putting its name.

For those chosing a name there will be a reward, the official uniform of the national teams of the Argentine Volleyball Federation will be raffled once the mascot has its name.
