The girls coached by Guillermo Caceres will face first Venezuela at their debut match at 18.00 Argentine time next Thursday.
On Friday they will open the date playing at 16.00 Argentine time v Uruguay in a “classical” continental neighbourhood match while on Saturday, November 24th they will face the strong Brazilian team at 16.00 Argentine time, closing the preliinary round.
On Sunday, Nov. 25th will take place semi-final between the best two ranked teams of each pool and on Monday it will be the date to define the three berths for the 2013 World Championship for the three teams stepping onto the Podium.
The Argentine delegation arrived to Peru last Friday to train and play two friendly matches against the host team prior to the concinental tournament. The first friendly match was played in the city of Huanuco with a final result of 3-0 (25-21, 25-19, 25-10) for the light blue – white team. On Sunday night they will play in Lima itself the second friendly match.
Peru stands in Pool A together with Chile, Colombia and Paraguay.
