Incheon Korean Air Jambos inflicted the first defeat to Ansan OK Savings Bank Rush & Cash in the 2017/18 Korean Men’s Volleyball Championship V-League.

The 26 points, including 5 kill blocks, from the Belgian Bram van den Dries, were not enough for Rush & Cash to keep the perfect record in the V-League after three rounds. They lost to the Jumbos, for which the Slovenian Mitja Gasparini scored 24 points, in four sets.

It took Korea Ginseng Corporation Daejeon three rounds to achieve the first win in the Women’s V-League this season as they downed GS Caltex Kixx Seoul by a 3-1 thanks to an incredible display of an American Alaina Bergsma – 46 points! The Senegalese international Fatou Diouck poured 36 for the losing side, who now have a 1-1 record.
