Azeryol has prevailed over Nantes thanks to the incredible Serbian duo – Jovana Brakočević and Jelena Nikolić. Tandem which arrived from VakifBank last summer scored 37 altogether (Brakočević 19, Nikolić 18), and brought first win to Azeryol in the new European campaign. On the other side Ariel Tuner made 21 points.

In the second game, Eczacibasi has defeated Omichka in straight sets. In the winning side Demir Neslihan and Esra Gumus Kirici scored 11 points each, while Iulia Kutiukova made 14 for Omichka.
