The Brazilian Volleyball Confederation (CBV) published that the Women’s national team opposite hitter Tandara will not play the Final Six of the 2019 Nations League in Nanjing, China, between July 3 and July 7.

A 30-year-old player felt discomfort in the abdominal region last week during training in Saquarema. After being subjected to the tests, edema was observed in Tandara’s abdominal muscle (rectus abdominis muscle).

The coaching staff of Brazil national team has chosen to preserve the opposite hitter for the Qualifications for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games that will take place in Brazil between August 1 and August 3.

It is a pity, because Tandara is 100 times better than Ana Paula Borgo.
