With boosted self-confidence, mostly thanks to the trophy they won in the Paulista Championship, Osasco victoriously debuted in the 2020/21 Superliga Banco do Brasil regular season for women as they downed Curitiba on the road: 3-1 (25-19, 17-25, 25-22, 25-13).

Tandara Caixeta scored 20 points, including 6 aces, for the São Paulo side, while Gabriela Cândido ‘Gabi Cândido’ made 93 % reception.

Having Tifanny Abreu as the highest scorer with 19 points, Sesi Vôlei Bauru swept Esporte Clube Pinheiros in an away game.
