Sada Cruzeiro is back in the Superliga Masculina 1XBET final. After 2 seasons in which they were eliminated prior to the finals and one season in which playoffs weren’t played due to pandemic, the team from Contagem secured the spot in the title battle. By beating No.3 Sesi-SP on the road in Game 2 of the semis with a score of 3-0, No.2 Cruzeiro closed the series at 2-0. Their opposite hitter Wallace Souza had a performance that saw 15 points on his account.

The 6-time national champion and the most-titled Brazilian men’s club in the decade behind us, last time fighting for the Superliga podium in 2017/18, is waiting for its opponent in the finals, which will come out of the confrontation between Fiat/Gerdau/Minas and Vedacit Vôlei Guarulhos (1-0 in the series).
