UPCN vs. Bolívar
After suffering three defeats this season from UPCN San Juan Vóley, Personal Bolívar finally prevailed in Argentine ’classic’ and did it in style 3-0 (25-19, 25-19, 25-22) in Pool A match.
Bolívar showed amazing team work by scoring 10 points from blocking! Individually, the Cuban Michael Sánchez Bozhulev stood out with 19 points.
Thus, Bolívar claimed top spot in Pool A and sent fierce rivals to semifinal showdown against world champions, Brazilian Sada Cruzeiro Vôlei, who secured position number one in Pool B.
Bolívar will have wait to find out opponents in semis until the end of the match between the hosts Funvic/Taubaté and Uruguayan Club Atlético Bohemias, later today.
