BRA W: Dani Lins criticizes national federation – “Ranking destroys volleyball in Brazil”

Danielle Lins ‘Dani Lins’ is one of rare Brazilian players whose place in national team’s roster for the upcoming Olympic Games is guaranteed.

The 2012 Olympic Games gold medalist has renewed contract with Vôlei Nestlé/Osasco for another season but many of major Brazil’s players were forced to leave their clubs in homeland due to controversial ranking of the CBV (Brazilian Volleyball Confederation).

“I find it very bad because, technically, the Brazilian volleyball loses too much. It is falling increasingly. This ranking only destroys volleyball in Brazil more,” Dani Lins answered to the question how she sees the stampede of Brazil’s players abroad, in an interview for Bruno Voloch’s Blog at “Estadão” website.
