“Unfortunately, this is an issue we have been fighting for many years. In my opinion, the player-ranking system makes it impossible for the player to work normally. For example, if the club wants to hire me and I want to go to that club, that transfer might not be able due to the fact that the club has reached the limit of 7-point players. I have talked about this matter with many clubs and no one could convince me why this system is good for them,” said William.
Today we found out that the top Brazilian players are planning to sue the Brazilian Volleyball Federation, if they do not cancel the point-ranking system.
