CHALLENGE CUP M: Monza and Belogorie to decide the winner!

The Italian and the Russian team will play in the final of the men’s CEV Challenge Cup.

Even though Monza lost the first match, they managed to score a clean victory 3-0 on the road 25-20, 25-23, 25-17.

Donovan Dzavoronok was the best player of the game with 17 points, while Oleh Plotnytskiy ended the game with 14 points.

Belogorie needed two sets to advance to the finals and they managed to make by taking the lead 2-0 in the second leg game. It’s interesting that son of Sergey Tetyukhin, Pavel, played in the third set and scored 12 points. Also, Egor Sidenko added 12 points, while in the home team Zouheir El Graoui had 21 points.

Sporting CP – Monza 0-3 (20-25, 23-25, 17-25), first leg result 3-2

Poitiers – Belogorie 3-2 (20-25, 23-25, 25-23, 25-23, 17-15), first leg result 0-3
