After outplaying countrymen Unet E-Work Busto Arsizio yesterday, Savino Del Bene Scandicci noted one more win in Pool A, which they host. This time, they beat Germany’s SSC Palmberg Schwerin: 31 (19-25, 25-19, 25-20, 25-21). The Pole Magdalena Stysiak top-scored the winning side with 19 points, while Marina Lubian made 4 blocks.
Developres SkyRes Rzeszów once again unpleasantly surprised their fans back at home in Poland. A defeat from Schwerin on an opening day was followed by another blow, this time suffered from Italy’s Busto (3-2) for which Camilla Mingardi notched 27 points.
