CEV CUP M: Skra last team to successfully go through the qualifiers

PGE Skra Bełchatów confidently advanced to the main phase of the 2022 Men’s Volleyball CEV Cup, whose all pairings are now determined.

PGE Skra Bełchatów was the last team to successfully go through the qualifiers of the CEV Volleyball Cup 2022 | Men as they advanced to the main phase of the competition – the 16th Finals. The Polish side defeated OK Mladost Brčko from Bosnia and Herzegovina 6-0 (six points) on aggregate. Both face-offs took place in Bełchatów and both were taken by Skra with a score of 3-0, with the difference that today’s win was even more efficient than the first one. Even though they played mostly with backups, Skra didn’t allow rivals to go over eight points in the second set.

Mikołaj Sawicki stood out on the winnings side with 18 points (five aces, four blocks). Serbian Mihajlo Mitić also served five aces, while Karol Kłos had four blocks. Estonian Robert Täht had an 80% attack (12/15). The Bełchatów club will play against Czech’s VK Dukla Liberec.
