Reigning champions A. Carraro Imoco Conegliano are in Pool A with DevelopRes Rzeszów, Maritsa Plovdiv, and the winner between ZOK Gacko RD Swisslion and Mladost Zagreb.
Eczacıbaşı Dynavit Istanbul, Levallois Paris Saint Cloud, SSC Palmberg Schwerin, and the winner between Asterix Avo Beveren and Tent Obrenovac form Pool B.
Fenerbahçe Medicana Istanbul leads Pool D, competing against Vasas Obuda, Neptunes de Nantes, and the winner between OK Herceg Novi and Grot Budowlani Łódź.
Pool E includes Savino Del Bene Scandicci, BKS Bostik ZGO Bielsko-Biała, Allianz MTV Stuttgart, and the winner between Rabotnicki Skopje and C.S.O. Voluntari 2005.
