The CEV Golden League 2025 brought fire this weekend—with comebacks, and jaw-dropping moments.

Sweden edged Croatia 3:2, led by a fiery Isabelle Haak (35 points). Božana Butigan was the Croatia top scorer with 20 points.

Montenegro earned their first win, thanks to Šaška Đurović’s 23-point explosion. Azerbaijan’s Nikalina Bašnjakova kept things close, but it wasn’t enough.

Ukraine swept Slovenia 3:0, dominating with 48% in attack. Hanna Artyshuk (18 pts) and Yuliia Dymar (13 pts) led the charge as Ukraine ruled the net.

In Blaj, Hungary edged Greece 3:2 in a wild match. Anett Németh scored 35 points, stealing the tie-break after Greece led 11-7. Martha Anthouli shined for Greece with 35 points, but they couldn’t close it.

Hungary now eyes the Final Four, while Greece faces an uphill climb.
