
Europe’s top volleyball clubs are gearing up for the 2025 edition of the CEV Champions League Volley, with the official pool draw scheduled for Tuesday, 15 July at 12:00 CEST in Luxembourg.
In the women’s competition, 20 teams will compete in the 4th round. Leading the pack are past champions like Conegliano, VakifBank, and Scandicci, joined by wildcard entries Igor Gorgonzola Novara and Ankara Zeren Spor Kulübü. Clubs from Italy, Türkiye, Poland, and Germany are all expected to bring serious firepower to the court.
The men’s tournament also promises fierce competition. Defending champions Sir Sicoma Monini Perugia are back, alongside other big names like Trentino Itas, Bogdanka LUK Lublin, Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie and wildcard teams Halkbank Ankara, Asseco Resovia Rzeszów and Montpellier HSC VB. Two final spots will be claimed after the September qualifiers.
As fans count down to the draw, excitement is rising for what looks to be a high-stakes, action-packed season of elite European volleyball.
