The new balls feature colors linked to the final-stage hosts – Italy for the men’s tournament and Türkiye for the women’s event. The design also incorporates white panels, a nod to the traditional appearance of volleyballs, combining classic elements with a modern look.

CEV President Roko Sikirić said the balls were created to strengthen the identity of Europe’s flagship national team competition, while Mikasa President and CEO Yuji Saeki described the launch as a symbol of the company’s commitment to elite-level volleyball.

EuroVolley 2026 will also carry added significance, with the men’s and women’s champions earning qualification for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.

The women’s tournament will be held from August 21 to September 6 across Türkiye, Czechia, Azerbaijan and Sweden. The men’s competition will run from September 9 to 26, with matches taking place in Italy, Bulgaria, Finland and Romania, before concluding in Milan.
