Laurentiu Lica, Romanian captain said: “We are happy that a world-class team is coming to Craiova to play against us. MODENA does not need any introduction, since everyone knows that they are a team with a number of world-class players. This match is very important for us because it can have an influence on our progression to the next stage of the competition. We played very well in the first match in Modena and were close to causing a surprise. MODENA cannot afford to rest their best players and for sure they are coming to Craiova with the intention to travel home with three points.”
