These are preliminary pools:
Pool I: Netherlands, Turkey, Bulgaria, Russia, Germany, Italy
Pool II: Poland, Greece, Serbia, Belarus, Romania, Slovenia
Dutch city Arnhem will host the tournament from April 1st to 9th.
At the end of a single round robin, the top two from each pool will progress to the semis whereas the third and fourth placed from each pool will contest the classification matches 5-8.
The top six from the 2017 CEV U18 Volleyball European Volleyball Championship – Women will compose the European contingent for the 2017 edition of the FIVB Girls’ U18 World Championship due to take place from August 18 – 27 in Rosario and Santa Fe, Argentina.
The top seven will join hosts Hungary in the Volleyball competition of the 2017 European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) that the city of Győr (Hungary) will be hosting in late July.
