Due to bad weather conditions when Vizura barely avoided a plane crash, CEV decided that the teams will play one match on neutral ground in Brčko, in Bosnia and Herzegovina, without the presence of spectators.
After five sets the Serbian “Sharks” have celebrated the big victory and wrote the history of their club.
Middle blocker Slađana Erić who again played as the opposite was the top scorer of the match with 21 points followed by blocker Maja Aleksić 18 points. On the Ukrainian side Anastasiya Chernukha scored 17 points whiel Serbian opposite Mina Tomić 12 points.
In quarterfinals they will face Dinamo Kazan, the first match will be played in Russia.
