Brazil played three games and scored all three wins against the Netherlands as the part of the preparation for the World Championship in Italy and Bulgaria.
In the last match, the team led by coach Renan won with 3-0 (25-16, 25-17, 25-10), in front of almost seven thousand fans. Douglas was the highest scorer with 17 points followed by opposite Evandro Guerra and blocker Eder who scored 10 points each.
