USA and Brazil will play in the semifinals of the FIVB Men's Volleyball World Championship 2018!

The result sees reigning European champions Russia head home early, winless in this 3rd Round of the competition. Russia had previously lost to Brazil on Wednesday after blowing a two-set lead.

On the back of that win, Brazil follow the USA into the semifinals.

Now USA and Brazil will meet on Friday to decide first place in their pool, which will determine pairings for Saturday’s semifinals.

Aaron Russell was the top scorer with 17 points, while Taylor Sander had 15 points. On the other side, Dmitry Muserskiy had 12.
