Brazilian team opened the match with 2-0 by playing on a very high level. But something changed in the third set.

After many fights, Germany won the third period of the game 32-30 and got the wings for more. At the end, the team of coach Koslowski was better thanks to the good play of each player while the Brazilians lost energy and focus.

Maren Fromm had 19 points and Jennifer Geerties added 16 in the victory for Germany while  Tandara Caixeta led Brazil with 29 in the loss.
