VNL W: China better than the Dominican Republic, Russia beat Canada

China defeated Dominican Republic 3-1, and Russia led by Arina Fedorovtseva beat Canada 3-0.

China defeated Dominican Republic 3-1 and preventing their attempt to come back after a 0-2. This was China’s sixth victory in eleven games in the 2021 FIVB Volleyball Nations League.

The Russian women’s national team defeated Canada 3-0 in today’s game of the 11th round of the VNL. Russian Arina Fedorovtseva was the MVP of the game with 16 points scored (68% in attack, 2 aces and 1 block). Shainah Joseph scored 10 points for Canada. Russia now has 7 wins from 11 games and 6th place in the standings. Canada with 3 wins is currently in 12th place.
