Germany demonstrated an impressive performance, clinching their fourth win in the tournament. They defeated Thailand with a score of 3-1 (25-20, 25-13, 19-25, 25-23), maintaining the momentum they had built during their first four games in Nagoya, Japan.
The German team was led by Camilla Weitzel with a commendable 17 points, closely followed by Marie Schölzer who contributed 15 points. Thailand’s Thatdao Nuekjang matched Weitzel’s score, becoming the highest scorer of the match, with Pimpichaya Kokram and Chatchu-On Moksri also scoring 10 points each.
