VNL W: Poland Dominates South Korea; Canada Swept Germany

Poland’s women’s volleyball team triumphed over South Korea with a 3-0 victory in the Volleyball Nations League match held in Arlington, USA. This marks Poland’s sixth win in the 2024 VNL season. The team, led by coach Stefano Lavarini, showcased their dominance from the start.

Top scorers for Poland were Monika Fedusio with 17 points, Malwina Smarzek with 14, and Martyna Łukasik with 11. For South Korea, Jeongah Park and Jiyun Jeong each scored 10 points.

In another match, Canada defeated Germany 3-0 (25-20, 25-15, 25-22) with Alexa Gray scoring 19 points, followed by Kiera Van Ryk and Emily Maglio with 15 points each. Germany’s top scorer was Lena Stigrot with 11 points.
