Italy wrapped up a spectacular run at the 2025 Volleyball Nations League with more than just the trophy—they claimed four spots in the tournament’s Dream Team after securing gold in Łódź, Poland.

- Alessia Orro (Best Setter) – This marks her third Dream Team selection after previous nods in 2022 and 2024.
- Paola Egonu (Best Opposite) – A dominant presence once again.
- Myriam Sylla (Best Outside Hitter) –Earning her second straight Dream Team honor.
- Monica De Gennaro (Best Libero) – Securing her second Best Libero title.
