In a thrilling encounter, Narbonne nearly pulled off an upset against league leaders Chaumont. However, despite a strong 2-0 lead, Narbonne eventually succumbed in a tie-break, losing 2-3 (25-23, 25-19, 17-25, 13-25, 14-16). Edson Valencia shone for Narbonne with 22 points, but Chaumont’s collective effort, led by Patrick Indra (13 points), Niko Suihkonen, and Julien Lecat, with 12 and 11 points respectively, clinched their victory.
Plessis Robinson secured a decisive 3-0 win against Tourcoing (25-23, 25-22, 26-24), with Samuel Jeanlys topping the score chart at 18 points. In another match, Saint Nazaire triumphed over Nice in straight sets, 0-3 (12-25, 20-25, 20-25).
